I craved Change

My wellness journey began during my early days of motherhood, juggling a demanding full-time job while my husband frequently traveled for work, it became crystal clear to me.

I needed to prioritize my well-being.

So, I took a deep breath (although, let's be honest, I might have skipped that step at first; deep breathing wasn't in my toolbox yet), did extensive research, and took my first steps on my path to well-being.

Once I started, I discovered a profound love for everything that enhanced my well-being.

I realized that wellness extends beyond just exercise and a balanced diet. Each different dimension of wellness plays a significant role.

I found that it was possible to create a wellness routine that fit into my daily life while still making strides in my professional journey.
