Hi, I’m Amanda.
Creating balance between work and life is hard. I know how overwhelming it can feel to create a wellness routine that fits into your life. You want to make healthy choices but you don’t know where to start. Or maybe, you’ve come up with a plan only to end up making the same unhealthy choices. As tough as it feels, there is a path to being a healthier you.
As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach and Certified Personal Trainer I’ve helped professional women just like you to navigate through building and implementing a wellness routine that will support you in becoming a healthier and more confident version of yourself.
Deciding to work with Amanda and Matt has been one of the best choices I’ve made in a long time. Their commitment to my goals is something I’ve never experienced before. They work so hard to ensure I’m on track to achieve my goals and more importantly, they’re there for me when things have gone off track… because life happens.
When I work out with Matt, I know that he’s gonna push me harder than I push myself. He’s encouraging and makes me believe in myself. Matt shows me that I’m capable of doing things I didn’t think were possible for me. Matt makes me feel stronger and proud of myself.
As for working with Amanda, she’s truly been a blessing. Amanda has taught me so much about health and wellness. I used to think being healthy meant a certain number on the scale or a certain number of inches lost. Yes, that’s part of it, but it’s so much more. I know that now because of my work with Amanda. Health and wellness is a journey and it’s not always easy, but Amanda is there for that journey when it’s on track and when it’s not. Amanda has created a safe space for me to grow, learn, and deal with setbacks.
Prior to working with Amanda and Matt, I had unrealistic goals, no plan to achieve said goals, and a lot of disappointment when nothing was changing. Now, I have goals that I’m able to achieve, I feel proud of myself when I see progress, and more importantly, I’m able to give myself grace when things aren’t going as I planned. This is all possible because of the support, education, and commitment from Amanda and Matt.
