Hey there! I’m Amanda.Like many women, I used to wear “busy” like a badge of honor until I realized that constantly pushing through was draining my energy, my joy, and my sense of self. I had to learn that slowing down isn’t falling behind. It’s how you find your rhythm again.
What I know now is that when you take care of yourself, everything shifts. The way you show up, the way you speak to yourself, even the way you move through the world, it all feels lighter, calmer, and more intentional.
