I have been participating in facilitated workouts with Amanda for the past year and I have learned so much about targeting specific muscle groups, and how to exercise without causing injuries or discomfort.

Since I have been doing fitness sessions with Amanda’s amazing coaching, I feel stronger and more confident that I can continue my journey to a healthier and more fit life.
